As dear digital continues to grow, we're looking for a Technical Project Lead to join our team. You'll play a key role in helping businesses streamline their operations with Odoo, guiding them through successful implementations, and ensuring they get the most out of their digital transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Combine the role of Tech Lead and Project Responsible.
• Oversee ERP implementation projects on Odoo, ensuring technical alignment and smooth delivery.
• Act as a trusted consultant for clients and internal teams, guiding them on Odoo best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and well-implemented.
• Manage timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor colleagues and guide them toward technical excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an experienced Odoo Consultant with strong functional knowledge of the platform.
• You have proven experience in configuring Odoo modules and advising clients on ERP best practices.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A technical background or basic knowledge of Odoo development is a significant plus.
• You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a valuable asset.

• Our ideal candidate is located in or around Louvain-la-Neuve, Wavre, or Auderghem.
• You will be expected to be in the office & work from home.
• Occasional presence at our Ghent office may also be required.
