How long does an Odoo set-up take?

Well, that depends on your needs. If your workflows and requirements are covered by what we call a standard setup, we can go live in less than two months.

If you require a lot of custom flows, integrations, etc., a full setup can take up to 18 months. Of course, you'll be able to use Odoo a lot faster than that, but not all custom features will be available from start.

That's why we provide an expert deep dive upfront - so you know the exact timeline of your project, even before you sign.

Is a full analysis always needed?

To get a right scope of your project, we need to do our research. It also allows us to document everything thoroughly, so you'll never have to guess where anything is or how the code is build.

That being said: it also depends upon the structure and size of your company.
