When we commit, it’s for the long haul.

Migration to V18

Every year, Odoo releases a new version of their software. Every two to three years, you’re expected to upgrade your Odoo. We help you migrate to the latest version, making sure you're good to go for the next few years.

FAQ

How does pricing work?

When your original implementation is done by us, you pay no extra fee to make use of our helpdesk - the basic tier included in your setup. You just pay the fee for our working hours.

If you've worked with another Odoo partner before, or did the setup yourself, we charge a start-up cost. This is necessary, so our team can familiarize itself with your Odoo environment, in order to be able to help you out swiftly when your request comes in.

Next to that we have two tiers: basic and priority. Priority will come with a flat monthly fee.

What if dear digital didn’t set up my Odoo - can I still use your helpdesk?

Yes! You can still make use of our support services then. But in that case, we do charge a start-up cost. This is necessary, so our team can familiarize itself with your Odoo environment, in order to be able to help you out swiftly when your request comes in.

How does it work?

Easy! Once you're onboarded, you just send a mail to our helpdesk. A ticket is automatically created, and our team is on it.

We handle each support or service request for up to 2 hours without needing prior approval. If a request requires more time, we’ll first provide an estimate and check in with you before continuing.

Is your support only available for urgent or major issues?

Not at all! You’re also welcome to reach out for smaller fixes or simply to talk through questions with one of our Odoo experts.
