Belgium’s digital landscape is evolving at record speed - and so are we. We’re incredibly proud to share that dear digital is expanding into Wallonia. This means we’re now one of only three Odoo partners in Belgium able to serve businesses across the entire country.
But why now? If you’ve been following the Belgian tech scene, you know that Odoo has become one of our country’s greatest success stories. The platform keeps growing at full speed: up more than 40% every year, with 13 million users worldwide and a valuation of over €5 billion.
That momentum is opening doors for businesses everywhere. And we’ve seen it first-hand: many of our clients, powered by Odoo, are expanding beyond Flanders and into Wallonia.
For us, this felt like the perfect moment to follow them. To stay close, offer the same hands-on service we’re known for, and help even more companies scale confidently across regions.
Building a local presence in Wallonia
Our new office in Walloon-Brabant will be the heart of our Walloon operations.
Led by Emmanuel Partsafas, our Managing Director for dear digital Wallonie, the team will focus on building long-term client relationships, delivering high-quality projects, and expanding our local presence.

After laying down strong roots in Flanders, we’re ready to bring the same innovation, transparency, and energy to Wallonia.
We’re proud to now serve clients nationwide, joining a small group of partners with full-Belgium coverage. And yes, that feels like a milestone.
Our story so far has been one of steady growth. In 2024, we welcomed Mainframe Monkey to the dear digital family, strengthening our technical expertise and widening our reach. When we started out five years ago, we started out small. Today, we have 50 people on board who all believe in the same mission and service clients all over Europe.
Opening in Wallonia is the next natural step, one that brings us closer to our clients and helps us keep delivering the kind of projects we believe in: smart, scalable, and genuinely human.
