Wide Awake

Wide Awake Coffee, which manages the entire supply chain for its roasted coffee bean products, needed a system to automate its multi-stage manufacturing and manage complex vendor-owned inventory logistics. A comprehensive Odoo solution was implemented using reordering rules and a multi-level Bill of Materials to automatically trigger manufacturing orders for both roasted beans and final coffee bags. The system also streamlined logistics by setting up different inventory locations to correctly manage vendor-owned green beans at the port, transferring them to the main warehouse only as required.
