Seapromotion, a seller of seacottages in Belgian holiday parks, struggled to manage plots and meter readings across multiple sites using outdated spreadsheets. We migrated all plot data into a structured Odoo system linking customers to plots, automated subscriptions, and introduced a model for efficiently managing and connecting meter readings to streamline invoicing.
