HertBelgium needed to unify their sales process and automatically capture leads from multiple external websites in Odoo. We integrated a third-party form builder via iFrames to feed leads directly into the CRM, then customized the system to merge leads and opportunities into a single pipeline while enabling tracking of inter-company referrals across subsidiaries.
