Hanolux

Hanolux, a Belgian family-owned distributor of high-quality outdoor living products, faced significant data migration challenges when transitioning from their legacy Adsolut system to Odoo. The transition was complicated by errors like all contacts incorrectly being migrated as companies, as well as sales receipt migration failures due to issues like duplicated serial numbers and incorrect inventory reservations. A robust, customized migration framework was implemented to systematically transfer contacts, products, and complex sales receipts, using a specific two-part process for sales receipts to correctly create either sales orders or delivery orders.
