Nord Rhein Water (NRW), a service firm specializing in water treatment and public pool construction, operated with highly manual, fragmented processes, using Word for sales quotes and Excel for maintenance schedules. To centralize and digitize their workflows, an Odoo solution was implemented. This system automated sales documentation via custom quote templates and optimized technician planning by region, while providing field technicians with tablets to update customer information directly, significantly improving efficiency and data accuracy.
