DNCS, a Belgian company providing integrated security and networking solutions, faced several operational hurdles because standard Odoo polluted their database by creating new contacts from inbound support tickets. To address this, a custom solution was implemented. Furthermore, this solution streamlined sales and order management by adding a feature to easily move or duplicate order lines.
