The Quickstart Formula is designed for organizations that want to implement Odoo in a structured and pragmatic way, within a clearly defined time and budget framework.
Instead of starting with an extensive analysis phase, we work with a fixed number of sprints and a predefined budget envelope. Within that framework, we jointly determine the priorities and scope. In just a few weeks, you will have a working and scalable Odoo foundation, built through iterative decisions, not assumptions.
Stick to the standard
As part of our Quickstart implementation, we operate with a clear principle: we aim to stay as close as possible with the standard Odoo functionality throughout the implementation sprints. We do this for predictability of budget and timeline and reduced risk of bugs and implementation issues.
Staying close to the Odoo standard allows us to clearly define scope, effort, and sequencing upfront while improving predictability in both timeline and cost, and because it relies on well-tested, stable functionality, it also reduces the risk of technical issues, unexpected behavior, or rework from early customizations.

Our Quickstart approach
1. One-day setup & kick-off
Before we begin the actual implementation, we organize a one-day setup & kick-off. During this day, we look into things like the initial setup of your Odoo environment, a identify the main objectives and priorities. and define the concrete tasks for both your team and dear digital.
2. Sprint-based implementation
The implementation is executed in 1- week sprints. During each sprint, a dedicated consultant works exclusively on your project to configure, test, and refine Odoo’s setup based on the priorities that were determined during the one-day kick-off.
3. Go-live & hypercare
At the end of the implementation sprints, we move into the go-live and hypercare phase. Here, we launch of the new Odoo platform, closely monitor the first transactions, events, and workflows, and have dedicated consultants on standby to quickly address any issues
