Bubba Croquettes: Odoo Quickstart in practice

Bubba Croquettes is a Belgian food company focused on buying and selling croquettes, serving both B2B and B2C customers, with a strong focus on wholesale. As a growing business, their operations revolve around purchasing, stock management and order handling, all of which need to run smoothly to support scale.
Le défi
Before working with us, Bubba Croquettes had no central system to manage their daily operations. Product management and accounting were partly handled in Octopus, but everything else relied on Excel sheets, paper printouts and manual processes.
This led to:
- frequent errors
- inefficient workflows
- no clear overview of stock and operations
- limited ability to grow
As the business grew, it became clear that this way of working wouldn’t hold up much longer.
Notre approche
For Bubba Croquettes, we worked according to our Odoo Quickstart program: for those who want to go live quickly with a clear plan, fixed budget, and focused priorities.
Instead of starting with an extensive analysis phase, we worked with a fixed number of sprints and a predefined budget. Within that framework, we jointly decided on the priorities.

Thanks to the Quickstart method, we could setup their Odoo environment in a very short timeframe, including modules such as
- purchasing
- inventory management
- sales
- accounting
- a B2B portal for customers
The goal was not to overcomplicate things, but to give Bubba Croquettes a solid operational foundation they could immediately start using.
Le résultat
Bubba Croquettes went from a fully manual way of working to a structured digital system.
Today their stock is tracked much more accurately, processes are more consistent, the B2B portal reduces manual order handling and the business now has a foundation to grow
This project shows how even a relatively small setup can have a big impact. That's why we offer a dedicated Quickstart program. By focusing on the basics and moving fast, Bubba Croquettes now has a system that supports their operations today, and their growth tomorrow.
