Une refonte audacieuse de l'image de marque et Shopify assortie pour CÎME Skincare

CÎME is a Belgian skincare brand built around natural ingredients from the Himalayas. Ethical, clean, effective, and with a strong, loyal customer base. After 10+ years of steady success, they felt it was time for something fresh: a full rebrand, new packaging, new visuals and - you guessed it - a new Shopify store.

CÎME had been plateauing for a while. Their brand assets hadn’t been updated for quite some time, and the online store didn't reflect their current vibe anymore. That made it difficult to break through to a broader audience.
They weren’t starting from zero though; they were already on Shopify, already selling, already known in the niche. But:
- The brand didn’t match where they wanted to go
- The site lacked structure and modern UX
- They needed a platform to support future marketing
They were planning a full rebranding but hadn’t chosen a creative partner yet. After a recommendation, they teamed up with The Phoney Club for design, and chose us as the implementation partner to turn that design into a live, performant Shopify theme.
One complication: their current Shopify store. Which meant we’d have to rebuild while keeping the shop running, orders flowing, and customers happy.

Notre approche
We collaborated closely with The Phoney Club from day one. They pushed the creative boundaries with a bold and expressive visual identity, which we translated it into a fast and stable Shopify experience.
Here’s how we approached it:
1. Build the vision, without breaking the business
The Phoney Club delivered ambitious designs. We made them possible in Shopify, on a store that couldn’t go offline.
We rebuilt the entire theme, modernised UX and navigation, improved user journeys (especially around products and the skincare quiz), and managed redirects, QA, and launch prep.
2. Tight collaboration & feedback loops
This project wasn’t linear, but rather a loop. Every step was interlaced with feedback moments, to make sure we got the vision right. Our team was in close contact with both CÎME and The Phoney Club, managing expectations, communicating decisions, and adjusting details until everyone was happy.

3. More than a website
CÎME’s website isn’t only about beauty, but also about growth. So, we focused on topics like:
- Stronger product discovery
- Simplified navigation
- A custom skincare quiz flow that nurtures leads (Klaviyo & Quizify)
Le résultat
A bold new visual identity went live on Shopify, while there was no downtime on the old store. Together, we built a foundation ready for growth, not just a temporary fix-up. The site now supports the rebranding’s goal, reaching beyond the eco-organic niche and appealing to a wider, more lifestyle-driven audience.
After launch, CÎME resumed paid advertising and campaigns, including collaborations like Lynn Van Royen and Adventure sports partnerships. They’re already seeing broader appeal, including audiences they hadn’t reached before.
